This is an example of a half suit of late 16th Century style armour assembled from our stock of GRP (fibreglass) plate armour.
This system of armour straps together over the wearer or stand. It is fully articulated so allows movement. It does not require an arming jacket but is usually worn over 16th Century Under clothes.
The Livery Coat worn on this example is one from our Great Siege of Malta collection. As worn by a Knight of the order of St John at the Battle in 1565.
Size: 38inch up to 44inch chest size.
