We have a good stock of Early Viking period or Saxon period Swords for hire. The early swords can be identified by the narrow Cross Guard which are plain and simple in design. The heavy pommels are of the style known as “Brazil Nut” and “Lobed” or “Pillow”design. Our Viking swords are made from high grade Duralium Blades with a variety of hand grips and cross guards. By the nature of the Viking Swords, no two are alike. The swords are of medium to short length (69cm blade- 84cm Overall length) and come in a leather scabbard and belt if needed.
Our large collection of swords are available for hire. They fall into 3 main categories. Costume or Antique, Stunt or Fight ready and safe or prop only.
Costume and antique swords are for wearing and set dressing only. They are not suitable for any type of contact work and must not be used in any fight routines.
Fight ready or Stunt swords have been manufactured and prepared for stage combat use. The blades are made from either high tensile sprung steel or from an alloy compound (Duralium) Swords for stage combat must be paired and use compatible blades.
Prop swords are usually moulded rubber or plastic replica often referred to as “Safe” swords.
We are able to produce industry standard risk assessments at a cost of £120 + VAT per hour.

DELIVERY AND REFUNDS
- Products will be delivered to you by courier, or picked up from the seller
- The seller is responsible for non delivery of items.
- Digital items are delivered on our platform within the 'My Account' Menu.
Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis by our support team, if you would like to initiate a refund please contact us by email. All refunds are subject to our 'Refunds and Returns' conditions, please read it before purchase or claiming a refund.
